For the last 45 days, I’ve been super intentional with my Instagram strategy.
I posted twice a day, every single day. Reels were my go-to. Captions were strategic. I focused on value, variety, and consistency.
And now? I’ve got some serious insights to share. These are the exact lessons I learned from showing up daily and testing what actually works to grow.

🔥 1. Views can be a slow burn
Reels don’t always go viral immediately. Some of my best-performing videos took 48+ hours to pick up traction. Patience really is a growth strategy!
🎥 2. Reels = more reach
Reels reach more non-followers than anything else I’ve posted. If growth is your goal, Reels need to be your best friend.
🔑 3. Consistency is everything
Skipping posts? I didn’t. And that’s what made the biggest difference in my analytics. Consistent content is what keeps your page alive.
🔢 4. More posts = more growth
If one Reel gets 250 views, two Reels might get 500. It’s not about “doing the most” just to do it—but there is a clear pattern. The more you post (within reason), the more your page grows.
🗣️ 5. Engagement = results
Engaging for 20–30 minutes a day (split between feed and stories) totally changed my page energy. When I skip it, my content gets quieter. Don’t sleep on this!
🪝 6. Hooks matter
Hooks are the first impression. The stronger the hook, the better your content performs. If you’re stuck, I’ve got a bundle full of scroll-stopping hook ideas!
🚫 7. Don’t batch too far ahead
Batching without testing? Big nope. You could be wasting time creating content that doesn’t land. Batch your B-roll, not your final posts.

Don’t compare your insights to someone with triple your followers. Growth looks different at every level. Focus on YOUR numbers.

If you’re not checking your insights, you’re guessing. Let the data guide your content strategy—this is your cheat sheet for success.

Make your content helpful, shareable, and worth saving. The more value you offer, the stronger your connection with your audience becomes.

Before creating, look at what’s trending in your niche. Observe what’s working, put your own spin on it, and build a strategy from there.
📲 12. Mix up your content
All-education posts? I was guilty. Add some entertainment, emotion, or lighthearted content. People want the full picture,education and personality.

No one builds a brand overnight. Your breakthrough post is coming… but only if you keep showing up for it.
