My Rules for 2026 and Why I’m Letting Go of Overworking to Succeed

If you have ever felt like you had to overwork, overthink, or over explain just to succeed, this one is for you.

For a long time, I believed success had to feel exhausting. Like if I was not constantly doing more, proving more, or justifying my choices, I was falling behind. Somewhere along the way, that mindset became heavy.

So for 2026, I am doing things differently.

I am setting rules that support growth without burnout. Rules that allow space for confidence, courage, and rest to coexist.

Here are my rules for 2026.

Rest without guilt
Rest is not a reward. It is a requirement. I am done earning rest through exhaustion. I am allowing myself to slow down, recharge, and trust that rest makes me better, not behind.

Trust what I know
I have spent years learning, testing, and growing. In 2026, I am trusting my instincts and my experience without constantly second guessing myself. I do not need to prove what I already know.

Get uncomfortable in the best way
Growth does not happen in comfort. It happens when we stretch, try something new, and lean into what feels unfamiliar. I am choosing discomfort that leads to expansion, not fear that leads to paralysis.

Take the leap even when it is scary
Waiting until you feel fully ready usually means waiting forever. This year, I am choosing action over perfection and momentum over hesitation. Fear does not get to make my decisions anymore.

These rules are not about doing less for the sake of doing less. They are about doing what actually matters.

And if you are stepping into your boldest year yet, you do not have to do it alone.

I am here.
Cheering you on.
Believing in what you are building.

Because success does not require burnout. It requires alignment.
