A Quick Guide to Self-Talk

Need a Little Self-Talk Pep Talk? ๐Ÿ’ฌ

Sometimes we all need a little help cheering ourselves on, especially when we’re juggling business, life, and everything in between.

If your inner voice has been feeling a little meh lately, here’s a quick checklist you can use to give yourself a boost:

โœ”๏ธ Listen to what you’re saying to yourself.
What’s the tone of your inner voice? Is it kind? Supportive? Honest?

โœ”๏ธ Challenge it.
Ask yourself: Is there actual evidence to back this up? Would you talk to a friend this way?

โœ”๏ธ Shift the story.
Rewriting the narrative, even just a little, can completely change how you feel about a situation.

โœ”๏ธ Write down the good stuff.
Make a list of things you love about yourself. Keep it somewhere visible. This is such an underrated but powerful practice.

The way we speak to ourselves matters, a lot. Self-talk can build you up or wear you down, so let’s make sure we’re choosing the uplifting version.

I try to work on this daily, and I hope this little reminder helps you do the same. You’re doing better than you think๐Ÿ’–

Save this for the days you need it most๐Ÿ’ฌ
