Terms of Purchase

TERMS OF PURCHASE

By completing a purchase through Brandakin Social Media, you ("Buyer") acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Purchase. These terms govern the sale, use, and restrictions associated with the digital products offered by Brandakin Social Media ("Seller").

1. License and Permitted Use

  • The purchased digital products are licensed to Buyer for personal or commercial use as permitted under Canva’s Content License Agreement (CLA).

  • Buyer may use the purchased designs solely in accordance with the CLA and these Terms.

  • Buyer may NOT claim ownership of, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the designs in any form.

2. Prohibited Uses

  • Buyer may not use the purchased designs as part of a trademark, logo, business name, or other branding materials.

  • Buyer may not extract, modify, or use individual Canva elements separately from the purchased design.

  • Buyer may not use the purchased designs in a manner that violates Canva’s CLA, intellectual property laws, or other applicable regulations.

3. Non-Refundable Purchase

  • Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • If Buyer encounters an issue accessing the purchased product, Seller will assist in resolving the issue but is not obligated to provide refunds or exchanges.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Seller is not responsible for any misuse of the purchased designs by Buyer.

  • Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless from any claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from Buyer’s misuse of the purchased designs, including but not limited to violations of Canva’s CLA or copyright laws.

5. Acceptance of Terms

  • Buyer must check the box at checkout confirming agreement to these Terms of Purchase before proceeding with the transaction.
  • By completing the purchase, Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
